With almost 20 years’ experience in the civil engineering industry, Shawn specialises in transport infrastructure projects and focuses on the development of rural infrastructure.

Shawn holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering, from the University of Johannesburg, a PDBA, PGDip and MBA from the Gordon Institute of Business Science and is responsible for leading the organisational growth and sustainability strategy to create  stakeholder value. He is also a registered professional with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) and a member of the South Africa Institution of Civil Engineering (SAICE).

Stephani holds a Bachelor of Science and MBA qualifications and has more than 25 years of experience spanning a wide range of strategic project management, governance, and operational management activities. With extensive experience in pivotal roles within the engineering sector, she brings a wealth of expertise from prominent engineering consulting firms. Her in-depth exposure to business enables her to rapidly analyse key business drivers, interpret all available metrics, and develop strategies to improve business performance.

With a BSc in Engineering, an MBA, an MPhil in Engineering Management, Innocent is a registered professional civil engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) and is a member of the South African Institution of Civil Engineering (SAICE) and the Zimbabwe Institution of Engineers (ZIE).

With experience spanning 30 years in civil, structural and municipal infrastructure development, design, construction and project management, he is able to drive the crucial aspects of our business forward and lead our technological advancements into the future.

She has a B.Compt degree, Hons in Management Accounting, and is professionally registered with South African Institute of Chartered Accountant (SAICA) as AGA(SA).

She’s got 8 years of accounting and audit experience in the following industries: energy, engineering (construction), financial services, public and private sector.  She oversees the financial health of the business, providing advice to the executives and management on accounting/tax laws and regulations. She oversees investment opportunities and the financial strategy for the business.

Victoria is an experienced auditor and accountant driving the company’s internal control processes.

As the Human Resources Manager at Zimile Consulting Engineers, Nelle provides advisory services tailored to Zimile’s needs, focusing on improving organisational effectiveness through strategic HR interventions.

With more than 20 years’ experience in HR business partnering across different industries and regions, Nelle has developed a solid understanding of how organisations work and how to lead initiatives that support long-term growth.

Letlotlo is a seasoned Senior Civil Engineer with over a decade of experience in the design and delivery of complex infrastructure projects. His expertise spans the full project lifecycle—from planning and cost estimation to contract management, construction supervision, and quality control. Letlotlo has successfully delivered large-scale projects including municipal infrastructure, bulk water supply systems, water and sewer reticulation networks, roads and stormwater infrastructure, and residential developments.

His mining sector experience includes conducting feasibility studies and designing clean and dirty water stormwater systems, stormwater and pollution control dams, silt management strategies, and the design of silt traps and storage pads.

A strategic thinker with strong technical, business development, and financial acumen, Letlotlo is deeply committed to safety, sustainability, and client satisfaction. He is also a dynamic leader, known for his excellent communication and team management skills.

He holds a BSc (Eng) in Civil Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Business Consulting Engineering Certificate from CESA (Consulting Engineers South Africa).

A registered Professional Engineering Technologist with a degree in Civil Engineering, currently supporting the Transport business unit in the KwaZulu-Natal region. With over 23 years of industry experience, Mxolisi has held a range of roles across numerous companies and projects, including water, road, and mining developments. Project roles have included Site Agent, Contracts Manager, Senior Engineering Technician, Site Manager, Project Manager, and CPG Specialist—demonstrating versatility and a broad skill set across the engineering and construction sectors.
